Permits and Applications

The City will transition to the iWorQ permitting system effective January 1, 2026. At that time, OpenGov will be discontinued and will no longer be used. For all existing permit types, a letter will be emailed at the beginning of the year with the new permit numbers; however, applicants do not need to wait for this letter to access their permits.

New and existing applicants may access Community Development, Code Enforcement, Facility Requests, and Business License links by clicking on the corresponding images. For Community Development, a site address is required for both existing permits and new applications. For Business Licenses, please contact the office to obtain the new permit number, which has replaced the former permit number.

At this time fees can only be paid with Exact Cash or Check made payable to City of Dalton Gardens.
